2) Click "Notifications" on the settings screen.

3) You will now see a list of suppliers. Notifications are stored only against you as a user and can be customised at a supplier level. For example I want to receive order confirmation emails from Supplier A but not from Supplier B.

4) Select the supplier you wish to edit the notification settings for.

5) You will see a list of settings below.

Push Notifications refer to receiving notifications directly to your device. Order reminders and other important reminders are often prompted through push notifications. We recommend you leave this on.

SMS Reminders refer to receiving notifications via SMS. Order confirmations can also come through SMS. We recommend you leave SMS off and have Push Notifications on.

Email Reminders refer to receiving emails about order reminders. This helps you ensure you don't forget to order before cut off time.

Order Confirmation/Invoice refers to the order confirmation/invoice email you get after either you or your supplier has placed an order on your behalf. Your supplier determines whether you receive an order confirmation or an invoice. You will only receive one digitally at the time of placing an order.

Payments ensures you are notified each time a stored payment method is charged.

6) If you have an account with multiple venues and/or multiple suppliers and want to have identical notification settings for all of them you can click on the overlapping squares icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. (Circled in red below) You will be prompted whether or not to copy all of your notification settings across all retailers and suppliers which you are connected to.
