Overview
Keeping your business details up to date ensures your customers, suppliers, invoices, and deliveries have the correct information.
You can update your business details through:
The Ordermentum mobile app (iOS and Android)
The Ordermentum web platform
What You Can Update
The following business details can be updated:
Trading Name
ABN
Legal Entity Name
Venue Type
Venue Phone Number
Billing email
Billing Address
Delivery Address
Update Business Details Using the Mobile App
Step 1: Open Settings
Open the Ordermentum app.
From the Home screen, tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Open Business Details
In Venue Settings, tap Business Details.
Your current venue information will be displayed.
Step 3: Update Your Information
Tap the field you want to update.
Enter the new information.
Tap Save.
Update Business Details Using the Web
Step 1: Open Venue Settings
Log in to Ordermentum.
Click your venue name in the upper-right corner.
Click the Settings icon beside the venue name.
Step 2: Update Your Information
The Business Details page will open automatically.
Update the required fields.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Troubleshooting
My changes aren't saving
Ensure all required fields are completed.
Refresh the page and try again.
Check that you have permission to edit venue details.
Make sure that your ABN is verified.
I can't edit my business details
You may not have the required user permissions. Contact your venue Admin or Owner for assistance.
My updated details aren't showing
Changes may take a few moments to appear throughout the platform. Refresh the app or browser and check again.
