Efficiently managing deliveries to multiple locations is essential for venues that work with various suppliers.
With the Address Book feature, you can store multiple addresses and assign them as needed, giving you full control over where your orders are delivered.
This guide will walk you through managing your delivery addresses via Venue Settings and at checkout when placing an order.

Managing Addresses through Venue Settings
You can manage your addresses directly within the Venue Settings. This method allows you to add, edit, or remove addresses and assign them to specific suppliers as needed.
Navigate to Venue Settings: Go to Venue Settings > Address Book.
โAdd or Edit Addresses: Under Current Addresses, click "Add Address" to input new delivery details. You can also edit or remove existing addresses.
Assign to Suppliers: Assign specific addresses to particular suppliers to streamline your ordering process.

Note: For each address, you can add a nickname, delivery instructions, contact details, and photos. You can choose to set any address as your Default Address or assign it to specific suppliers.
Managing Addresses at Checkout
You also have the option to manage your addresses when placing an order, offering flexibility in real-time.
Start Placing Your Order: Select your products and quantities, then proceed to your Cart to check out.
Update Delivery Details: In the 'Delivery Details' section, click 'Change' to modify the delivery address.
Choose or Add an Address: You can either select an existing address or add a new one by filling in the required fields.
Finalise Address Selection: After confirming the correct address, click 'Continue anyway' to proceed.
Place Your Order: Review your order to ensure all details are correct and click 'Place Order' to finalise your purchase.
Important Notes
Default Address: Your default address will automatically be assigned to all suppliers unless you specify otherwise.
Address Changes: Once an order is placed with a specific address, any changes to that address will not affect the order already placed. Always double-check your addresses before finalising your orders.
