Delivery schedules in Ordermentum are controlled by your supplier — they set the days and cut-off times for ordering and delivery. This guide explains what you can manage yourself and when to involve your supplier.
How Delivery Schedules Work
Your supplier defines the available delivery days and the cut-off time by which you need to place your order to receive it on a given day. These are set on the supplier's side and will be displayed when you place an order.
Changing Your Delivery Day
Delivery days are set by your supplier, not by Ordermentum. If you'd like to change your regular delivery day or add a new delivery day:
Contact your supplier directly to request the change.
Once the supplier updates their settings, the new delivery day will appear in your ordering options on Ordermentum.
Ordermentum Support cannot change delivery days on your behalf — these are controlled by the supplier.
Standing Orders
A standing order is a recurring order that is automatically placed at regular intervals. If you have a standing order set up and need to modify it — including the items, quantities, or frequency — this is also managed through your supplier.
Updating Delivery Instructions
Delivery instructions (such as where to leave an order) can typically be updated in your account settings or on the order itself before the cut-off time. If you're unsure where to update these, contact Ordermentum Support.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If an order wasn't delivered or arrived late, contact your supplier directly as the first step — they manage the physical delivery. If the issue is related to the order itself not being placed or processed correctly on Ordermentum, contact Ordermentum Support.
