How to submit an order issue (mobile app)

If something is wrong with your order, you can report the issue directly to your supplier using the Ordermentum mobile app. This helps suppliers review and resolve problems faster.

Overview

Order Issue Reports let you notify your supplier when there is a problem with an order placed through the Ordermentum app.

You can report issues such as:

  • Missing or incorrect items

  • Damaged or spoiled items

  • Orders that didn’t arrive

  • Any other issues with the order

Once submitted, the issue is sent directly to the supplier and is visible on the order details.


Before you begin

Before reporting an order issue, make sure:

  • You are logged in to the Ordermentum mobile app

  • The order has already been placed

  • You can access your Orders list


How to report an order issue in the mobile app

Follow these steps using the Ordermentum app on your device.

Step 1: Select the supplier

  1. Open the Ordermentum app

  2. Go to your Supplier list

  3. Tap the relevant Supplier

Step 2: Open the order

  1. Tap Orders

  2. Find and tap the affected order

Step 3: Report the issue

  1. Tap There are issues with this order

  2. Select the issue type:

    • Missing or incorrect items

    • Damaged or spoiled items

    • Order didn’t arrive

    • Something else

  3. Fill in all required details

Step 4: Submit the issue

  1. Tap Report issue

Once submitted, the issue report is sent directly to the supplier.


What happens after you report an issue

After you submit an Order Issue Report:

  • The supplier receives the issue report immediately

  • The issue appears on the order details screen for supplier review

  • The supplier will follow up with you to resolve the issue

If you do not receive a response from the supplier within 24 hours, you can contact support@ordermentum.com for assistance.

Can I edit an issue after submitting it?
