This guide walks you through the process of creating a standing order in the iOS and Android apps. A standing order ensures that your regular orders are automatically scheduled and placed for your selected supplier on specific days.


Steps to Create a Standing Order

  1. Select the Supplier

    • From the main screen of the app, locate and select the name of the supplier for whom you wish to create a standing order.

  2. Open the Supplier Page

    • Once the supplier page opens, navigate to the "Scheduled" tab. This tab allows you to manage and create scheduled orders for the supplier.


  3. Create a New Order

    • Find the day on which you want to schedule your standing order. Select 'New Order' to begin creating your order for that specific day.

  4. Add Products to Your Order

    • On the next screen, tap on 'Add Products.' You will be taken to a product selection screen where you can browse and add the items you wish to include in your order.

    • Once you’ve added the desired products, select 'Save.' You will then be redirected to the checkout screen, where you can review the products you’ve selected.

  5. Save Your Order

    • After confirming that your order details are correct on the checkout screen, tap 'Save' to proceed.


  6. Choose Order Type

    • On the final screen, you will be prompted to choose between creating a 'Single Order' or a 'Standing Order.'

    • Select 'Standing Order' to schedule this order to recur automatically on the selected day.
