How to manage your notifications for emails you receive from Ordermentum

As a supplier using Ordermentum, you may receive various email notifications to keep you informed about your orders, payments, and system updates. If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can easily customise your preferences within your User Settings.


Steps to Disable or Manage Email Notifications

Step 1: Log in to Ordermentum

Step 2: Access User Settings

  • Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner, next to the search bar.

  • From the dropdown menu, select "User Settings".

Step 3: Select Your Supplier Account

  • In the User Settings page, you'll see a list of accounts under 'For suppliers'.

  • Choose your supplier account to proceed.

Step 4: Customise Your Notifications

  • Here, you'll find a list of notifications that you can enable or disable based on your preferences. Simply uncheck the notifications you no longer wish to receive.


Notification Options

  • Inbox Messages
    Receive email notifications for new messages in your Ordermentum inbox. Learn more.

  • Payment Failure
    Get notified via email whenever a payment fails.

  • Remittance Advice
    Receive an email notification for each transfer of funds, including details of which orders were included.

  • Order Notifications
    Get an email notification for every new order you receive.

  • System Alerts
    Stay informed about payment successes, failures, and standing order reports through email notifications.
