How To: Place an order

To place an order in the app follow the steps below. Keep in mind that in order to order from a supplier in the app one of the following two things needs to be true:

1) You have trading details set up and can see the supplier in your My Suppliers section (Outlined in red below)

2) Some suppliers allow you to trade without negotiating specific trading details or having a relationship previously (Outlined in blue below)

Creating an order

  1. Select the supplier you wish to place an order with.

  2. Click "Start new order" or simply navigate to the products section on the main navigation bar.

  3. Select the product category you wish to order from.

  4. Select the quantity of that product you wish to add to cart. You may also click on the product to see more details about it.

  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as needed to build up your cart with the products you want in that order.

  6. Hit the cart in the top right hand corner when you are ready to checkout.

  7. Make sure your delivery date is set correctly to the day you want the delivery to arrive.

  8. You may add comments and a PO number if you wish to.

  9. You may add a payment method. (Most suppliers accept payment on our platform. If you do not see the option to add a card then it is because your supplier does not accept payment over our platform.)

  10. Click "Order products"

  11. You will now land on the order confirmation screen. This means your order has been placed successfully.
