1. Checking for a Standing Order
To edit a standing order, you must first have one set up. To check if you have a standing order:
Tap on a supplier on the home screen.
2. Navigating to Your Orders
Navigate to the "Orders" section using the main navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Editing an Existing Standing Order
Scroll down the screen. If a standing order is available for editing, you'll see a blue box labeled "Scheduled" with a small pencil icon, indicating that the order is editable.
Tap on the standing order you wish to edit.
4. Removing Products from Your Order
To remove products from your order, tap "Edit" in the top right corner.
Click the red icon next to the line item you want to remove.
When finished, tap "Done" in the top right corner.
5. Adding New Products to Your Order
To add other products to your order, tap "Add Products" and follow the normal ordering steps to include the desired products.
6. Updating Your Standing Order
Once you are satisfied with your order, tap "Update standing order" at the bottom of your screen.
7. Finalising Your Edits
You will be prompted to choose whether you want to update only the order for that day or apply the edits to all future standing orders.
Select the option that suits your needs.
You’re all done! You will now return to the orders screen where you can see your updated standing order.
