Filter options in the Supplier Payments dashboard
The Supplier Payments Dashboard includes several filters to help you refine the data you’re viewing, such as date ranges, account manager, & region. By applying these filters, you can drill in further to the data you want to report on.

Overview of Payment Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you are presented with key financial metrics:
Amount Settled: Total payments that have been processed and cleared.
Ordermentum Payments Due This Month: The total expected payments to be processed through Ordermentum for the current month.
These figures give you a quick snapshot of recent financial transactions and pending payments.
Settled Amount Over 28 Days
This chart displays the daily settled amounts over the past 28 days, helping you track the flow of payments within the selected period. Each bar represents the total value of payments settled on a specific date.
Monitoring this can help you identify patterns or anomalies in payment settlements.
Customer Payment Methods
The pie chart in this section breaks down the percentages of payment methods used by customers:
Card
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Outside Ordermentum
This visualisation helps you understand which payment methods are most popular among your customers and can guide your decisions on which methods to support or promote.
Customers Not Paying Through Ordermentum
This area focuses on customers who choose not to use Ordermentum for payments, highlighting potential issues or preferences for alternative payment channels:
The chart differentiates between customers with access to Ordermentum payments and those without.
Understanding why customers prefer other payment methods can help you enhance your payment offerings or address concerns that may be deterring them from using Ordermentum.
