Using Filters in Ordermentum Insights
The Supplier Performance Dashboard includes several filters to help you refine the data you’re viewing, such as date ranges, account manager, region, and GST settings. By applying these filters, you can drill in further to the data you want to report on.

Overview Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see the following key performance indicators:
Total Sales
Average Revenue Per Order
Orders
Overdue
Sales Performance
This bar chart tracks sales performance over time, showing gross merchandise value (GMV) inclusive of GST.
The x-axis represents weeks, and the y-axis shows the sales volume for each week. This section is useful for spotting trends in sales volume over the selected period.
Top Products by SKU (30-60 Days)
This table highlights the top-performing products over the past 30-60 days. Key columns include:
Product Name: The name of the product.
SKU: The SKU associated with the product.
Sales Total INC. GST: The total sales value including GST.
Sales Quantity: The number of units sold.
This section is valuable for monitoring product performance and identifying popular items within this specific timeframe.
Top Products by SKU (Last 30 Days)
This section functions similarly to the previous one but focuses on product performance in the last 30 days. Use this to spot short-term trends and identify which products have gained recent traction.
Product Category Penetration
This bar chart visualises customer engagement with different product categories.
Each bar represents the number of unique customers purchasing from a specific category, such as Coffee Roasters, Dairy, and Packaging. This section helps identify the most popular product categories among your customer base.
Sales by Products
The Sales by Products table provides detailed information on individual product performance, including:
Sales Quantity: The number of units sold.
Sales Total INC. GST: Total sales value inclusive of GST.
Maximum and Minimum Values: The highest and lowest sales values per product.
Unit Price Average: The average price per unit sold.
This table is useful for conducting in-depth analysis of each product’s sales performance.
