This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to delete your Ordermentum account on both iOS and Android devices.
Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you wish to use Ordermentum again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Before You Begin
Before beginning the process to delete your account, please make sure to
Remove any Payment Methods that are in your name.
Disconnect any Integrations added in your account.
Steps to Delete Your Account
iOS
Open the Ordermentum App
Launch the Ordermentum app on your iOS device.
Go to Settings
Tap on the Settings icon located in the bottom right corner of the app.
Select User Details
In the Settings menu, tap on User Details.
Delete Your Account
Scroll down and tap on Delete your account.
Confirm Deletion
To confirm, type in Delete account and tap Confirm.
Please Note: Once an account has been deleted it is not able to be restored.
Android
1. Open the Ordermentum Application on your Android Device.
2. Select the hamburger (3 lines icon) in the top left hand corner.
3. Select User Profile
4. Select Delete Your Account
Confirm Deletion
To confirm, type in Delete account and tap Confirm.
