1. How to enrol in Ordermentum Rewards
Follow these simple steps to enrol in Ordermentum Rewards and start earning Ordermentum Rewards Points:
Click the trophy icon in your navigation bar
Click ‘Get started’
Confirm your venue details (this is important to ensure that you’re earning points against the right ABN) and select a point of contact.
Once you've successfully enrolled, you will be eligible to start earning Ordermentum Rewards Points immediately.
2. Earning Ordermentum Rewards Points
As a member of Ordermentum Rewards, you can earn points by simply using the Ordermentum app for your orders and payments. Here's how it works:
Spend with a new supplier: Earn 1 point per dollar spent with a new supplier you discover and connect through Ordermentum, up to 5000 points. This applies to any new supplier you find through Ordermentum and haven’t traded with in the past.
Add a new user: Earn 100 points for adding another team member to your Ordermentum venue. Note that this is capped at 10 new users. To learn how to add new users, click here.
Add a payment method: Earn 100 points for setting your default payment method with a supplier to either card or direct debit for the first time.
Integrate your accounting platform: Earn 300 points for integrating Ordermentum with Xero. Click here to learn how to connect your Ordermentum account with Xero.
3. Redeeming Ordermentum Rewards Points
You can redeem your Ordermentum Rewards Points for an Ordermentum Voucher at any time, with a minimum of 10,000 points required per redemption.
10,000 points = $100 Ordermentum Voucher
Ordermentum Vouchers can be used towards your future orders or business-related expenses.
To redeem:
Click the trophy icon in your navigation bar
Toggle to the ‘Redeem’ tab
Select 'Ordermentum Voucher'
Follow the prompts to either confirm your redemption
5. Frequently Asked Questions
How can I track my Ordermentum Rewards Points balance?
To see how many points you have, simply click on the trophy icon in your navigation bar. This will take you to your Rewards Dashboard where you’ll see your points balance displayed at the top of your screen.
Are there any restrictions on the number of Ordermentum Rewards Points I can earn?
Yes, some of the ways in which you can earn points are capped. For example:
Spend with a new supplier: You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent with any new suppliers you find on Ordermentum, up to 5000 points per supplier. Note: this only applies to suppliers who you have never previously traded with.
Add a new user: This is capped at 10 new users, with 100 points earned per user added.
Add a payment method: These 100 points can only be earned once per supplier.
Integrate your accounting platform: These 300 points can only be earned once.
Can I earn Ordermentum Rewards Points for past orders?
No. Your Ordermentum Rewards Points will only start accumulating from the time you enrol in Ordermentum Rewards.
Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem an Ordermentum Voucher?
Yes, you’ll need at least 10,000 points to redeem a $100 Voucher.
