This article will show you how to enter, mark as default and remove payment details on the Ordermentum website.
Instructions:
Log into app.ordermentum.com
Enter the home page of the supplier you wish to add or edit the payment details with and select "Settings" in the bottom left hand menu.
The setting page will automatically take you to "Payment Settings"
If no payments details exist or you wish to update your payment method select "Add New Payment Details" and follow the instructions.
Credit Card: Ordermentum will accept AMEX, Mastercard, and VISA
Direct Debit: A BSB and Account Number from an Australian Banking Institutions
IMPORTANT: For your supplier to be able to charge your card or account you must select it as "default"
If you cannot select as default please contact your supplier as they can open more payment options for you.
If a card or direct debit method exists in the system you can select it to remove those details
