How To: Remove a User from a Venue

This article explains how to remove a user from a venue on the iOS and Android apps.

1) Ensure you are on the retailer home screen. Click on the cog shaped settings icon. It is circled in red in the image below.

2) Find and select the venue in the settings list you wish to remove the user from.

3) Select "Venue users"

4) You should see a screen with a list of all users connected to that venue. Click "Edit" in the top right corner of your screen.

5) On the iOS app - Next to each user you will see a small red icon. Click this icon on the user you wish to remove from your venue.

โ€‹On the Android app - Either tap the pencil icon in the top right, and then select all users you wish to remove before tapping the trashcan icon or swipe to the left directly from the list to remove an individual user from the venue. Take care as the user/s will be removed immediately with no further prompt.

6) On the iOS app you will see a prompt asking if you are sure you want to remove this user from the venue. All users who are removed from a venue are notified by email. If you are sure click "Remove". If you do not wish to proceed click "Cancel"

7) Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have removed all users you wish to remove.

8) On the iOS app - Once you are done, tap "Done" in the top right hand corner of your screen.

On the Android app - Once you are done, tap the back button to return to the settings page.
