Setting Up Closure Dates

Updated over a week ago

You can set closure dates for your business to prevent orders and deliveries from being scheduled on days when your business is closed. This feature ensures that standing orders will not be placed and reminder notifications (SMS or email) will not be sent for those dates.

How to Add Closed Dates

Follow these steps to add your venue’s closure dates:

  1. Go to Venue Settings

    • From your dashboard, click on Settings.

    • Navigate to the Closed dates tab.

2. Add Closed Dates

  • Click Add closed dates.

  • A new section will appear where you can select your Start date and End date — this defines the period your venue will be closed.

  • Click Save to confirm.

Editing or Deleting Closed Dates

You can manage your closure periods anytime:

  • To edit: Click on the listed date range, update the start or end date, and click Save.

  • To delete: Select the closure period, then click Delete closed date.

You can add, edit, or delete as many closure periods as you need.

Why Setting Closed Dates Matters

Setting closed dates helps you:

  • Avoid unwanted deliveries during holidays or maintenance days.

  • Ensure suppliers are aware of your non-operational dates.

  • Prevent automatic standing orders or reminder messages from being sent.
