The Unleashed Integration for Ordermentum allows you to seamlessly synchronise your Ordermentum orders with your Unleashed account. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to enable the integration, configure mappings, and start exporting data.

Introduction

With the Unleashed Integration for Ordermentum, you can ensure that your Ordermentum orders stay perfectly in sync with your Unleashed account. This guide walks you through the entire setup process, including property configuration, connecting your accounts, and adjusting integration settings.


Setting Up Properties

To effectively sync your data between Ordermentum and Unleashed, you'll need to set up several properties in Ordermentum that correspond with fields in Unleashed.

  1. Unleashed Warehouse (Required): Create a Dropdown Property in Ordermentum named Unleashed Warehouse with the Property Tag unleashed_warehouse, and attach it to Orders and Customers.

  2. Unleashed Customer Code (Required): Create a Text Property named Unleashed Customer Code with the Property Tag unleashed_customer_code, and attach it to Orders, Customers, and Invoices. This property should be assigned to the corresponding customer in Ordermentum.

  3. Unleashed Freight Property (Optional): If you charge freight in Ordermentum, set up a Text Property named Unleashed Freight Product Id with the Property Tag unleashed_freight_product_id, and attach it to Customers, Orders, and Invoices. The Product Code from the Freight Product set up in Unleashed will need to be attached to all customers.

  4. Unleashed Sales Group (Optional): Create a Dropdown Property named Unleashed Sales Group with the Property Tag unleashed_order_sales_group, and attach it to Orders and Customers.

  5. Unleashed Sales Person (Optional): Create a Dropdown Property named Unleashed Sales Person with the Property Tag unleashed_sales_person, and attach it to Orders, Customers, and Invoices. The value on the property should match the email address of the sales person in Unleashed.

  6. Unleashed Delivery Method (Optional): Create a Dropdown Property named Unleashed Delivery Method with the Property Tag unleashed_delivery_method, and attach it to Orders and Customers.


Connecting Ordermentum to Unleashed

  1. Navigate to Integrations: Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Connect to Unleashed: Find the Unleashed add-on tile and select Connect.

  3. Enter API Credentials: You’ll be prompted to enter your API ID and API Key from Unleashed. These can be found under Integration > Unleashed API access in the Unleashed toolbar (note that some users may not have access to this).

  4. Connect: Copy and paste your API ID and API Key into the corresponding fields in Ordermentum and click Connect.

Note: If you're not able to see the above option in your Unleashed, your user does not have the correct access.


Configuring Integration Settings

Once connected, you’ll need to adjust several settings to ensure smooth syncing between Ordermentum and Unleashed.

  • Freight Product Code: If the customer does not have a unleashed_freight_product_id property set, the value in this field will be used as the freight product ID. This setting is optional but useful for ensuring accurate syncing.

  • Default Warehouse: If a customer does not have an unleashed_warehouse value set, the warehouse specified in this field will be used. If this is not set, the order will fail to sync. This setting is optional but important to avoid sync failures.

  • Sync Order Number to Unleashed: This setting forces the Unleashed order number to match the order number in Ordermentum, maintaining consistency across systems.

  • Sync Order Date: This setting ensures that the order date of the sales order in Unleashed matches the delivery date in Ordermentum, ensuring accurate timing for order processing.
