Ordermentum supports unleashed integration and provides a simple property based setup for new unleashed integrations.
Property Setup
We map ordermentum specific products and customers to unleashed using ordermentum properties.
To get started, we need to setup following properties:
Product
Add text property:
Unleashed Product Code - (tag: unleashed_product_code)
- this should match the product code in unleashed for that matching product
- this is a required property
Customer
1. Add text property:
Unleashed Customer Code - (tag: unleashed_customer_code)
- this should match the unleashed customer code for the customer that matches the ordermentum customer
- this is a required property
2. Add text property:
Unleashed Freight Product Id - (tag: unleashed_freight_product_id)
- this should match the Non Dimnishing product code in unleashed that the supplier wants to use for adding ordermentun Freight Charges
- this is a required property if the customer uses freight
3. Add text property
Unleashed Warehouse - (tag: unleashed_warehouse)
- this matches the name of the warehouse the supplier wants the orders for this customer to sync to
- this is a not required property and if left blank or never configured, will result in order syncing to the default warehouse configured in the suppliers unleashed instance
Order
1. Add text property
Unleashed Sync Time - (tag: unleashed_synced_at)
- this matches the time the order was successfully syncd in unleashed
2. Add text property
Unleashed Sync Id - (tag: unleashed_id)
- this matches be the unleashed order id
3. Add text property
Unleashed Sync Error - (tag: unleashed_sync_error)
- this matches any error string we receive back from unleashed on order faliure
