1. Properties attached to customers
All your customers must have the myob_customer_id property set for orders to sync from Ordermentum to MYOB Advanced. In MYOB Advanced, the customer id is set against the retailer.
If you utilize freight, your customers must have the myob_freight_tax_category property set for the freight to sync through correctly. The value should be DEFAULTD which stands for Default Domestic.
If you do not utilize freight, you can leave the field blank. Otherwise, you can apply that in bulk to all customers via the customer page > select all customers > action > update properties > tick myob_freight_tax_category and type DEFAULTD in the field > submit.
In the same way, you can update the value for the property myob_location_id in bulk, as it is most likely going to be MAIN.
In Ordermentum, you will find these three properties in the "Properties" section located at the bottom of each customer page.
2. Properties attached to products
All your products must have the myob_inventory_id property set for orders to sync from Ordermentum to MYOB Advanced.
You will also need the properties myob_product_tax_category and myob_product_location set for each product.

--> myob_product_location is likely to be MAIN for all
If you use them, you will also need to set the properties myob_uom, myob_sub_item and myob_warehouse_id.
