What Are Top Up Orders?

Top Up Orders allow venues to place multiple orders for the same delivery day without having to meet the Minimum Order Value (MOV) for each subsequent order. The MOV must be met with the first order placed on any given delivery day, but any additional orders on the same day can be placed without meeting this requirement.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How does it work?
When a venue places an initial order for a specific delivery date, they must meet the Minimum Order Value. Any subsequent orders for the same delivery date will be exempt from this minimum value requirement.

I placed the first order on behalf of my venue. Does Top Up Orders still work?
Yes, as long as the total value of the combined orders exceeds the Minimum Order Value, the Top Up Orders feature will apply.

Can the venue edit their original order instead of placing a Top Up Order?
Yes, venues can either place a Top Up Order or edit their original order. Both options are supported.

Does the venue need to pay for freight on a subsequent order?
The same freight rules will apply to subsequent orders as they do to the original order.
