The Minimum Order Value (MOV) determines the minimum amount a customer must spend to place an order.
This guide will walk you through the process of updating the MOV for individual customers and in bulk.
Update MOV for Individual Customers
To update the MOV for a specific customer, follow these steps:
Goto the Customers section in Ordermentum
Select the customer
Select 'Payment & Trading Terms'
You will see a MOV option here that you can update.
Update MOV in Bulk
If you want to update the MOV for multiple customers at once, you can do so by following these steps
Goto Settings > Imports
Select 'Customers' in the dropdown
Select 'Existing Customers CSV' from the hyperlink.
Then once you have opened that in Excel, you can the MOV column to the desired value.
and export it as a CSV
