Description:

On the myob_error property of an order or invoice, the above error is displayed and the invoice may not be synced to MYOB.

Reason:

If the account used to connect to MYOB from Ordermentum is unable to connect to MYOB due to permissions issues the above error will be received.

Resolution:

Make sure the username and password used to connect to MYOB are set correctly in Ordermentum.

Disconnect and then reconnect the MYOB integration.
