Set up customer confirmation emails for orders or invoices

  1. Emulate a supplier
    Navigate to supplier settings

  2. Select Trading Terms

  3. Navigate to Email
    'the email type that gets generated when a customer submits an order'

  4. In the dropdown, select 'order confirmation' or 'invoice confirmation'
