How to Add and Edit Your Digital Catalogue Stats

Learn how to display and improve your Digital Catalogue Stats, including response time, venue count, and customer satisfaction.

Overview

Digital Catalogue Stats let you show potential customers factual information about your business, including how quickly you respond to connection requests, roughly how many venues trade with you, and your customer satisfaction rating. This guide covers displaying and hiding your Stats and improving your Stats over time.

Important: Once you turn your stats on, it may take up to a few minutes for Ordermentum to access your data. Refresh the page after a short wait to view your up-to-date stats, then review what you'd like potential customers to see. We recommend showing as much information as possible.

Before you begin

You'll need access to the Settings section of your Ordermentum supplier dashboard.

Displaying and hiding your Stats

Step 1: Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings in your Ordermentum dashboard.

Step 2: Open Branding

Click on Branding and scroll down the Branding page.

Step 3: Turn stats on

Click Edit, toggle all your stats ON, and click Save.

Step 4: Turn stats off (if needed)

To hide your stats, click Edit, toggle the stats OFF, click Save, and refresh your page.

Step 5: View your stats

Note: Your stats may take a few minutes to appear as Ordermentum retrieves your data. Refresh the page after a minute or so to see your personal stats.

Improving your Stats

If your stats aren't where you want them to be yet, that's not permanent. Your stats update every two months, so as you work on responding to leads quickly and encouraging customers to place a second order, you'll see results reflected within that cycle.

Check back on the Branding page periodically to track your progress.

Important notes:

  • We recommend showing as much information as possible, especially how many venues you trade with, since this helps match you with your ideal customers.

  • If you're on Growth Engine Plus, your response time stat won't show, since Growth Engine Plus automatically accepts new customers and their orders immediately.

Customer View

Your customer will be able to see your stats when they click on your account and go to the 'About' section:

Troubleshooting

My stats aren't showing after I turned them on
Stats can take a few minutes to retrieve. Wait a minute or so, then refresh the page. If they still don't appear after refreshing, try turning the toggle off, saving, then turning it back on and saving again.

My stats haven't changed even though I've improved my response time
Stats update on a two-month cycle, not in real time. If it hasn't been two months since your last update, your improvements won't be reflected yet. Check back once the next update cycle occurs.

I can't see my response time stat
If you're on Growth Engine Plus, response time won't display. This is expected, since Growth Engine Plus automatically accepts new customers and their orders immediately, so there's no response time to measure.
