Log into Ordermentum at app.ordermentum.com

1. Find the customer you wish to setup a standing order for either by going through the customer menu on the left panel or by using the search function in the top right corner.

2. In the top right hand panel of the customer page labelled "Trading Terms Overview"
add the customer to the relevant schedules for delivery. For setup please see schedules

3. Scroll down to the panel named "Upcoming Orders"

4. If this is your first time setting up a standing order for a customer select "New Order" on the relevant day your customer wishes to receive the goods

5. If you wish to set up an on-going order select the top option named after the delivery day. If you wish to only place a single order select the second option "Place a one off Order".

6. Add the relevant products to the order page. This will create the on-going standing order template that will convert to an order after the cut off period in the schedule. This will appear as a blue template in the "Upcoming Orders" panel.

7. If the panel is blue you will be able click on it and select to either edit "all deliveries" for that day or just the single one that was selected, as well as cancel if the order is not required
