Description:
On the Unleashed Error property of an order or invoice you see the an error similar to the following:
An error happened while syncing this order in Unleashed, please contact OM support via chat or email. Our apologies.
Reason:
This error can happen if the customer placing the order does not have an unleashed_warehouse property set, or the value does not match a warehouse value in Unleashed.
Resolution:
Make sure the warehouse value is set correctly for both the customer and the order then resync the order.
