Enabling Customer Edits for One-Off Orders in Ordermentum

Allow Customers to manage edits up until the cut-off time.

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to enable and manage the feature that allows customers to edit their one-off orders up until the cut-off time at the schedule level.

Enabling Customer Edits for One-Off Orders

  1. Navigate to the Schedules Page:
    Go to Trading Details > Schedules in your Ordermentum account.

  2. Select and Edit a Schedule:
    Choose the schedule you want to modify and click on Edit Details.

  3. Enable Editing:
    Toggle on the "Edit Order Until Cut Off" option to allow customers to edit their orders up until the cut-off time.


Configuring Editable Hours After Cut-Off

  1. Allow Edits After Cut-Off:
    If you want to allow customers to add or edit products in an order after the cut-off time, enter the number of hours they can do this in the Editable Hours field.

    Tip: Products within the order that are locked due to lead time will not be editable.

  2. Note:
    The Editable Hours feature may not be displayed to suppliers by default. If you you're not able to see this feature turned on, please contact support@ordermentum.com.


Appendix: Order States
