You may have noticed something new on your Ordermentum platform. The customer page layout has been entirely revamped. The new design helps you easily access key customer info and enables you to quickly action anything that need attention.
Here’s what’s new:
Easy access with tabs - Details are now organised in tabs, making it easy to find the information you need.
Upfront order history - Recent and upcoming order details are now front and centre.
Quick access to ABN - Easily view your customers’ ABN verification status and look them up on the Australian Business Register.
View Notes at a glance - Notes and delivery instructions have become more visible.
Buy Now Growth Engine Insights - Access valuable insights about your new Buy Now Growth Engine customers.

Information is now organised in tabs
Finding customer information is easier than ever. All of their details are grouped into the following tabs
Overview - this tab has business details, notes and order information for the customer
Payment & trading terms - includes invoice, payment terms and trading terms (schedules, freight and minimum order value)
Properties - custom property values for the customer
Users - view and manage the customer's users
Recent orders are up front and centre
Since reviewing recent orders is one of the main reasons to view a customer, we've made it easier to view their recent orders by showing them right after the customer details.
You can also look at their upcoming orders (i.e. standing orders) or use the 'View all orders' shortcut to view just this customer's orders in the Orders view.
This is also the new location from where you can create Credit Notes.
Payments and terms
Payments and trading terms have their own tab in the customer view, making the information easier to review and update. This is where you can view and change their invoice settings, payment terms, schedules, freight and minimum order value.
Placing orders
We've made the 'New Order' button clear and prominent in the new layout, to makes it easer to place new orders for customers.
If you want to Order on Behalf, you can still do that by clicking on the into the additional actions next to 'New Order'
Insights for Growth Engine customers
You can now view insights for new Growth Engine 'buy now' customers to see their ordering activity on Ordermentum to then set them up with appropriate terms.
