Welcome to Ordermentum! This guide will walk you through setting up a trial account, understanding trial limitations, extending your trial if needed, and upgrading to a full account when you're ready.

How to Sign Up for a Trial

If you're new to Ordermentum and would like to explore the platform, you can easily sign up for a trial account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Trial Link: Click on the following link to start your trial: Ordermentum Trial
    .

  2. Create Your Account: Fill in the required information to set up your trial account and start exploring Ordermentum's features.


Trial Limitations

During your trial, please note the following limitation:

  • Adding Settlement Details: You will not be able to add settlement details to your account during the trial period. This process requires completing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which is undertaken once you upgrade to a full account.

This limitation ensures that your account remains secure and compliant with our financial regulations until you decide to fully commit to the platform.


Extending Your Trial

If you need more time to explore Ordermentum, we offer a one-time trial extension.

To request an extension, please reach out to our support team to initiate the extension process.


Upgrading to a Full Account

Once you're ready to fully commit to Ordermentum and make the most of its features, upgrading to a full account is simple.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 50 Customers or More: Once you have 50 customers on Ordermentum, our Sales Team will proactively reach out to discuss the contract and fee process for transitioning to a paid account.

  • Fewer than 50 Customers: If you have fewer than 50 customers, we offer a flexible monthly rate. Our Sales Team will be available to discuss the details and help you get started.
